I love this gym. It has a great layout not typically seen in most gyms - no large, generic warehouse size room devoid of character here! It has the charm of an intimate home gym but with all the weights, cable and cardio machines you can ever need! Rosa, her team and the members make you feel part of a big friendship group. I've been going here now for 3 years and will never change!
I was hesitant to post this as a small business owner myself I sympathise with the difficulties in running one however…. I was working for an undefined amount of time down the peninsula so I signed up and was assured by the owner I could “cancel anytime”. Therefore when the time came to cancel my membership I thanked the team and tried to do exactly that but to my surprise I was told for the first time I needed to give 4 weeks notice! A gym that ticks all the boxes. A beautiful clean air country style gym with natural bush surroundings and nice views from the top deck. It has alot of up to date equipment to satisfy anyone's needs, including an outdoors weight area too for those who prefer to be outside.
