Booked my boat in 3 weeks ago for a service was told the service would be finished on this date, called them the day before to confirm as I work away, was told by the lady answering phone calls that other customers demanded that there boats to be serviced before the weekend for the port to pub and my boat wouldn't be serviced for another 5 days, I asked if she was putting other customers before my boat she denied and quickly change her story to the delay due to the covid 5 day lock down which was what she originally said the... read more
i was struggling to find a new outboard for my boat with most places unable to supply for atleast 5 months. rang the guys at the boat business and not only could they supply what i needed but they made sure it was fitted after dropping off to them in the last week before christmas holidays. great customer service and will definitely recommend
