Great people
Brutal. When I get a call a prescription is ready I go to pick up and they’re forgotten something. It’s always at least a 15 minute wait. The last time I was there the gave me insulin cartridges without a pen to use them, and then tried to justify it by saying the pen was over the counter. Right before a long weekend too so then it was a scramble to get needed medication before everything was closed. This was the last straw - I’m switching pharmacies.
Front desk was extremely rude. Management needs to step in here. That interaction was unacceptable on so many levels. She repeatedly demanded to see a physical sunlife card. If she was up to date with her understanding, she would realize many insurances do not issue “physical” cards anymore. Rather than informing me i can sit down and wait, she pointed to empty chairs and demanded i “sit down over there”. The interaction with this front desk clerk left me shocked.
