Denied entry because we couldn’t use face mask due to respiratory issues. I could cite HIPAA and ADA but I’ll say this, we have scar tissue from asthma and one of us is autistic - meaning we haven’t been able to schedule OT to assist with tolerating or using a mask. Also, one of the employees wasn’t wearing their face mask until we walked up to the door. If the point is to reduce contamination, then the employee should be consistent.
