Almost 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable.
Disappointed with BMW's Lack of Customer Service I expected more from a brand with the reputation and premium price tag of BMW, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After dropped calls from being on hold and lack of professionalism from an arrogant manager I had spoken with to resolve a maintenance issue, it became clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. Jeremy has been great from the start with all my needs for my 23 BMW 760. He is always prompt, gets me a loaner car, and goes beyond to make sure I’m happy. I get videos from the mechanic text messaged to me explaining and showing my needs for the car. It’s the best service experience I’ve ever had. Great Job everyone! I would highly recommend!
