This was my first time visiting this location and I was thoroughly impressed with professionalism and service from everyone I encountered. I had been to the Brian Jessel service department before and this was day and night difference. update: after paying $2K in repairs the vehicle was returned to me and within hours was not drivable due to unresolved suspension issues. somehow while it was at the dealership it started leaking oil which they quoted me another $3K to fix plus another $3K for the suspension. it now sits in my parkade with sagging suspension and leaking oil (see photos) they took no responsibility and still offered no help with icbc. Would not come back here, costs are much higher than other BMW service centers and Didn’t clean the car even though they said they would.
Extremely Disappointed – Zero Communication, Broken Promises, and No Customer Care I have had two recent service experiences at this BMW store, and both were unacceptably poor. The biggest issue: complete lack of communication and accountability.
