Recently had a nail in the tire so had to bring it in for repair. Quentin and Jason took care of it for me right away. The service was top notch with great customer care as well as clean and timely work for a reasonable fee. I’ve been to other BMW service centres in the lower mainland, and I can confidently say that this location is hands down the best. Special thanks to Jason for going above and beyond. I’m definitely coming back for their service.
Got here for my 2nd car key. I waited more nearly 2 months for that even though they mentioned its at most 4-5 weeks. When I come to service centre, i waited more than 2 hours for my key to be configure and we agreed on a reservation time. I dont get the point of giving a customer a time, if you are not going to comply with that. I rarely give 1 starts but my first experience in here really deserves that
Quentin was my service advisor and he was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, was professional, and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another appointment. He’s got a great, positive energy that puts people in a better mood.
Definitely a 5-star place. Communication is excellent—professional, clear, and friendly from the moment you arrive until you leave. Booking is easy through their online system, with confirmations and reminders sent promptly. On the day of service, we dropped off our car and Kyle B. was already waiting for us, fully prepared with details of past services and everything needed.
