My mother has been a longtime customer of the BMW store in Vancouver and wanted me to enter this review for her. She has been extremely happy with the service she has gotten from Eric Shi who is always so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was really impressed recently when he helped her sort out some issues as well. In addition, the support staff are also very friendly and the showroom is clean, comfortable, and inviting. We would highly recommend Eric and the staff at this BMW Store.
