Martyn Marsh and his team of service advisors are the best in the business. They went over and above multiple times to help fix a few consistent issues with our X7. Our usual dealership (10+ cars from them) just didn't put the effort in to help fix issues we've had since the day we picked up the car - they'd cancel appointments, spam text messages and emails asking for 10/10 ratings, etc. Not The BMW Store - they really understand what customer service is and have completely won our business over.
