It is SO important to find a mechanic you can trust, and that is why I am writing this review to highly recommend The BMW Guy. Alfredo, Collin, and the rest of the team have taken such great care of me and my X5. It is running like a dream at 85,000 miles. They are always upfront, communicative, fairly priced, and really know their way around a BMW. If you have a BMW in North County, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
My 2014 535i was experiencing a valve cover gasket leak resulting in a stinky burnt rubber smell in the cabin when the car was in operation. Consulted Alfredo ( The BMW Guy) who was very patient and detailed with his correspondence on the why’s and how’s to remedy/repair the problem. Work was professionally top notch and honest - really appreciated the car inspection ( which identified other to take care of items) and repair in progress videos shared as Alfredo was working on my car.
