Everyone at BMI Clinic has been genuinely lovely to deal with. Alex has been incredibly helpful, as has the rest of the team. Gastric balloons aren’t a quick fix, so going into the process expecting that can set you up for disappointment. They’re a tool designed to support you, not replace personal effort, and there will still be challenges and temptations along the way. Wouldn’t recommend , the customer service is a joke, From making me reschedule my original appointment to cancelling my rescheduled appointment without my consent to me to chase them about my appointment to then being told I need to pay $440 to just speak to Julian. What a joke. Lisa that I spoke to on the phone was rude and just spoke over me.
