The games are fun. However, whomever the bartender was at 2:30 on Saturday afternoon has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Maybe she's racist, maybe she's just an angry person. Bad look either way. Update: I emailed the manager this info and got NO RESPONSE. we went there yesterday, August 1, 2026, and when we arrived at 7 PM, the Hispanic lady with glasses in the front short lady she’s always in the front told me to come back in an hour because they were full at the time. I was a guest for my son’s friend birthday on 7/18. We were in the VIP area with our own private bowling which was really cool. The place has a decent sized arcade, laser tag & even more lanes out of the VIP area. The food was decent as well & they had a good selection. Unfortunately the service is horrible. My WFG team and I paid a visit to The Blvd on 7/11/26. We had a meeting in a private room along with lunch. The staff was the best. I can't remember our servers name, but he was very polite, prompt and attentive. I ordered a Blackened Salmon Salad and it was delicious. The crab wontons were also tasty. Cute and fun I loved playing laser tag but overall kinda small. Otherwise pretty decent for where it is and what it’s meant for. Kinda dead sometimes but that could be a benefit
