I didn't want to write a bad review I waited a day to sit on my thoughts. Katelyn was late to our appt 30 minutes which ok I can overlook. I sat in her chair and I could feel like she didn't want to be there. She spent 2 minutes consulting hair was in the brushes she was using and the salon chair had visible dirt. My hair was man handled the whole time. My hair next day is still brassy . And will probably have to be color corrected.
