:-) We did home repairs for some touchup paint on baseboards, the ceiling and walls. It would be our pleasure to service anyone that moves here or moves out all over again. I believe that they deserve five stars because the place is very clean, the stuff is friendly, in the residence our family oriented, saying hello and goodbye and also referring other residents. I only had the pleasure two times but both times were meaningful. That is why I recommend it and I give it five stars.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM LARA KARABEL! She is an aggressive, ageist, and over priced slum lord that will not fix anything that is wrong with her poorly updated units that she is not legally required to. For the price she asks for her units you can find something much nicer and newer In the area with amenities to use. The management is horrible and there is rats in the units. Horrible experience and moved out after 2 months
