I just had my car robbed in the underground parking garage and come to find out there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS for the amount we pay air should just be illegal to not have cameras down there in general
I have had a great experience here.Tara the property manager is one of the best property managers I have experienced. Always very caring to the residents ; professional, and has done an amazing job keeping the property togather. We are really lucky to have her has a property manager here
I’ve lived here for a while now, and my experience has been nothing but frustration. My AC has been out all summer, and management keeps saying they can’t fix it because they’re “waiting for a part.” Their only solution was to give me a portable unit, which barely cools one room by five degrees while the rest of my apartment stayed over 85°F most days. Awful. Do not be deceived by how nice it looks. It isa facade. Renting an apartment or condo here is an absolute rip off anf there is no maintenance staff to repair anything. Went half my lease without a washing machine
