The absolute worst management team I've ever had to deal with, it's like they don't even care. I understand being behind on work maintenance orders but seriously. Since I moved in I have done all my own maintenance that I can because I got sick of waiting for someone from maintenance it took 4 months of complaining and actually going into the office and making it a point that I was not happy and have lost over $800 worth of groceries because my fridge didn't work they replaced it with an old one from another apt that we had ... read more
We need the pool open for the kids and residents....
Never answer their calls they also fake promote the pool make unnecessary reports to fix around the apartments just to forget to come fix it
I don’t know who he was, but he was nice fast and we need more maintenance men like him
Getting a hold of any employees here is impossible. They never answer the phone, Don't respond to emails, oh and if you show up in person make sure it's not between 1 and 2 all employees are at lunch! Would have been nice had it been posted in their hours.
