Again Jaidyn and Azrael kill it. Jaidyn threw and AMAZING party at the office for the kids. Lots of activities and things to do and even got down to make ghosts 👻 with the kids. This team is amazing. They always go above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcomed and a part of a community which is nice considering the state of society these days. Thank you Jaidyn and Azrael for making me enjoy calling this home.
Called for my fridge making loud noise and maybe in an hour maintenance came in and check what was going on fixed the problem right away. Hope it will be that fast service in the future when I need something fixed asap again. Thanks!
Honestly I had so much stress looking for apartments and then when we started the process at Ridgeview it was so easy and stress free and it took maybe 2 weeks it was so fast I’m very grateful for the speediness of the staff and professionalism of everything. 10/10 would recommend!!!! (They are so nice as well!!!)
This place is a complete joke. I’ve been here almost 4 years and nothing ever gets fixed. My AC freezes constantly, and after endless complaints, management still refuses to do a damn thing. Pigeons have taken over my patio, and they don’t care.What they do care about is charging tenants for every single thing, even when it breaks because their crap is old and falling apart. This apartment complex is extremely dirty and unsafe for any family, especially with children. There was a carbon monoxide leak, my Son and I ended up in the emergency room. They have a severe mice infestation. The Manager of the complex is very unprofessional and careless. She attempted to tow my vehicle from my assigned parking spot the first night that I moved in. I would not recommend this property to anybody. Spend the extra money monthly and keep yourself and your family safe and healthy.
