Have had an issue with our master bathroom for 3 years ,and have noticed a lot of mold from there that we had pointed out in our walk though . Now with the warm temps ,and the buy out from Pinnacle properties our pool looks like the Willamette river from our window . Very unsanitary !!!! Raise our rents ,and do nothing about any of the problems around here
