It's a great place for a filling sandwhich and side. My husband and I enjoyed out first visit and will definitely be back!
I love coming home to my small town in central Missouri. Each time I’m home, I love to see how our town is changing, growing, modernizing. And more importantly, I love to support our local businesses. The @thebluebirdbistro has been open for a while, however I never seemed to be able to make time to check it out. Whole family had fantastic experience here, BLT, Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Magoo are out of this world good! Must try of Centralia, honestly must try of Missouri it’s that good. Edit:6/20/26. Still our favorite place to go eat lunch. Magoo sandwich is still to die for. Don’t forget your punch card!
