We called for pool service when we noticed something off with our pool. Todd gave helpful advice over the phone before coming out, then arrived and fixed the issue quickly. He was very knowledgeable, explained the repair process clearly, and shared useful pool care tips along the way. Our pool was running properly again in no time, and the whole experience was smooth, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend for pool cleaning and repair service.

The Blue Pool Cleaners resurfaced our pool, replaced all the tile and coping, upgraded the spa, updated the pool lighting, and redid the deck area and front walkway. The price was fair and the service was excellent from start to finish. They kept the property neat during every phase of the pool project, showed up on time, and were friendly and skilled the whole way through. The new deep end table has been a fun upgrade for relaxing on hot Hobe Sound afternoons, and the whole pool area looks amazing.

We called when the pool automation and control system started acting up, and Todd did a great job finding the issue and getting the right fix in place. He arrived on schedule, explained everything clearly, and also followed up on a few extra concerns with our attached spa. Our pool is older, so it really helps to have someone who understands aging equipment and can troubleshoot it without wasting time. I called for pool cleaning and equipment service after our pool had not been cleaned properly for a while, and the pump started having issues. Jay came out the next day to look over the equipment, explain the problem clearly, and give us a very fair quote for the repair. The following day, Todd returned with the needed parts and got everything fixed quickly. The Blue Pool Cleaners have the best customer service for swimming pool cleaning. i have been using their pool service for a long time, and they always show up on time each week for scheduled maintenance. they never miss a visit, and when i call, they answer the phone even later in the evening. they are available 7 days a week, which is really helpful in hot Hobe Sound when pool care matters all year. my neighbors love the service too. my pool water always stays clear and blue, and jay and the team have helped me save money ... read more
