We loved staying at the blue parrot. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. As a family of 6 we needed a few items and Kerstin was always super helpful and attentive. We kept extending our stay and Rachel and Ray were helpful also. We all enjoyed the convenient location and the swimming pool. Overall great experience, we would stay again! I had to cancel my reservation immediately upon arrival because the unit had clearly not been cleaned prior to check-in. No cleaning services were available that day, so we had no choice but to book another Airbnb at the last minute. Despite not spending a single night in the unit, the host, Ray, refused to speak with me or issue any refund for the booking.
