awful receptionist. disrespectful and sarcastic responses to basic questions. watched her let the phone ring again and again. everyone has a bad day, but in the 3 times I've come to the medical center, 3 times I have been met with her hostile attitude. poor practice and i'd rather drive to collingwood for treatment than go my my local provider - just to not interact with her. shame!
Worst services ever . The staff are so confused about what to do most especially the one that sits in for Dr. Rémillard.That nurse is so arrogant and careless . Worst services . They don’t even deserve any star
Went to get covid shot ,sign posted on stand at street . Walked in one woman points with finger ,doesn't even have enough sense to speak. Went to the next woman and she was rude and very abrupt and said we gave signs posted. Yes they did 8 thru 3 ,it was 11.30 . I'm all for treating service people with respect ,but it does work both ways . My personal doctor would never allow his staff to behave this way . I'm very thankful my doctor is in collingwood and we have such a great pharmacy where we can get our shots .
