The food and service at the Blue Moose is good. However, the plating fee for birthday cakes is absolutely ridiculous and unprecedented in this town. You seem to have a big problem honoring your own coupons, something that is not a problem in other businesses. People celebrating bring a lot of money into your business, they shouldn't be charged a $12 fee to cut a piece of cake. I have heard many people complain about this issue and I know I avoid choosing the you restaurant for celebrations for this reason. Ridiculous!
Service and food were great, but my mother got food poisoning from the fish! She's in very bad condition from the bacteria in the fish she was served. Sucks, we liked Blue Moose. Otherwise everything was fine, but you don't wanna go back to a place where you got food poisoning. She's miserable.
We have always had great food and service! January is fun with endless soup for lunch.

Husband took me for the first time, had the salmon, angle hair pasta......very very good!!
I had the 12oz ribeye / perfect! Boneless wings with Jamaican sauce/perfect! Salad/yummy. Loaded baked potato/not so good. Bulldog/very good. Bud light/tasted funny. Dam good service and meal!
Great atmosphere, good food, very helpful staff. I wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have sat on the patio with the view
