I am a monthly subscriber and will continue to be because of their excellent customer service. Due to unfortunate circumstances while getting my car washed, my left rear tire was damaged. I reported the issue to manager, Jess. She was very attentive to details, filled out an incident report which she submitted to corporate for approval. The place has gone downhill since changed ownership from Blue lagoon. Just to mention the last visit, passenger side wheel cleaner did not work at all, had to clean it by hand. Tire dressing did not work at all. Vacuum hose clogged up. I used to love this place.
Worst customer service on multiple visits. I can’t believe I pay the monthly membership fee to get an average car wash and a pain in my neck.
