Blue house is awesome and has great bagels - love coming here for breakfast and coffee!
My family has lived in Canton many years, and after moving back here myself I finally got the chance to try Bluehouse Bagels after my morning walk in Collinsville. Their bagels are not just delicious. To anyone who is Gluten Sensitive or has gut issues this is your place. It is not gluten free however does not have all the chemicals is fermented the right way . Not only does it taste delicious but you will not feel bad after eating there. To anyone who says it cost too much they have no idea the time and effort it takes to do things right. Such a great bagel spot! The bagels are fresh, delicious, and there are so many good options to choose from. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a new favorite in Canton!
Bagels are wonderful but their use of AI has been a huge turn off for myself and others in the community. They continue to be a local business called out for using AI too often and in such unnecessary ways. Their shop rite display is mostly AI, their counter menu and some signs in store are too, as are many of their social posts. Really negates the premium quality of what Blue House launched as.
