I took the ICS-300 course in March 2026. I was not looking forward to attending a virtual, 3-day course. But I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience. The class is well-organized and led by instructors with real-world experience. I think they did a good job balancing lecture, discussion, and group activities. They also applied the class content to realistic situations. I highly recommend this course. I would consider attending another class offered by the in the future.

This past year, I needed to complete an ICS-300 course. With work, family obligations, and limited in-person class availability, I began searching for a flexible online option. The great state of Florida requires in-person learning of ICS 300. The owner Todd personally came here to put on a course since he had received so many inquiries from Florida first responders needing this class. This is very dry material (see ICS 100 and 200) but with the assistance of his co-instructor Tim, they were able to draw on years of managing huge scale events to show how pertinent the knowledge of this subject is important. I highly recommend The Blue Cell.

I completed the ICS 300 training over the weekend. Very intensive, fascinating and useful. Love the breakout sessions. Excellent instructors, handouts and presentations. The Blue Cell has carved out a fascinating and valuable niche with their there trainings, really taking advantage of technology to bring people from across the country and around the world to learn from the instructors and classmates.
