I’ve been to blowout connect one other time in I believe 2021, and the silk press was great. I had a booked appointment now in 2024, for approx 3+ weeks, for a silk press. The night before my appointment, I reached out to inquire if she had time to do a wash before the style. I understand this was a last minute ask, but I was perfectly okay with her saying no, and I would then have showed up washed and ready.
