I was really sad to know of my sister-in-law's experience with the Blossom Jar after her mother passed away. I wrote a review back at the beginning of December when this happened, as did my mother, both of which have been deleted. I have always had great experiences here, so when they demanded that she return dead flowers after her mother's sudden death, I couldn't find the words to express my disappointment. Outstanding florist They went above and beyond , customer service A+. They did a fabulous job on my arrangements. I highly recommend this florist !
Absolutely unacceptable. This business has terrible customer service and actively removes negative reviews to protect their star rating, which tells you everything you need to know. They disrespected my sister-in-law immediately after her mother passed away and were equally disrespectful to my own mother. They had the audacity to demand that dead, poorly arranged funeral flowers be returned, instead of taking responsibility for their own failure. The Blossom Jar created the most beautiful arrangements for my mom’s celebration of life. Natalie truly listened to what we wanted and delivered absolutely gorgeous arrangements! My mom would have loved them! Natalie made the process easy and I highly recommend the Blossom Jar!
Stopped in and was helped almost immediately which I appreciate bc I was in a hurry. They took time too show me inventory of what they had and we formed a color scheme. I got same day delivery and me and my wife think what they put together for her on her birthday was the most beautiful flower arrangement we ever seen. OUTSTANDING JOB BLOSSOM JAR! Thanks so much!
