We made the switch to The Bloomin’ Vet after months of trying to get to the bottom of my dog’s issues with other vets and within 2 visits, we had a plan in place, some relief already and a very nervous dog who was happy to see the staff here. They’ve been caring, understanding, extremely informative and so helpful every step of the way. Could not recommend highly enough
On the 22nd of June, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beautiful little dog, Benny, after he was diagnosed with cancer. From the moment we arrived at Bloomin Vets, every single staff member treated our family with such kindness, compassion and respect. I have been to Bloomin Vet few times for my puppy. They have been absolutely amazing. The techicians are lovely, they are very friendly with all the pups, and the families. The nurse was amazing, she was very sweet and the way she was dealing with my pup was very lovely, playful and friendly. But yesterday was the worst experience I have had there, honestly which I had never expected. The Vet, I felt she was very rude. She was rude to us and also the puppy. She didnt even touch my puppy.
