My grandpa David Martin died here in 2022. He paid rent to the Bloom Group- Cordova House the month he passed away. When our family went to Bella Bella for his burial and confirmed with staff his unit would be locked for the remainder of the month until we could come pick his belongings up, staff had either stolen his belongings or left his room unlocked for other people to steal his belongings. Do not send your elders here. They will have what’s left stolen from them with no accountability from The Bloom Group.
