You can tell A/Prof Kristen Herbert takes her time with each patient and has a great demeanor and rapport with whomever she is dealing with. Kristen did not disappoint. She educates you about her findings and really goes over your case. I've been to a few specialists and she is the only one that was prepared in advance about my case and as the appointment started she got right into things.
