I've never had any issues with any of their mobile sites or the Florence location. I come frequently for my gift card! Definitely have had some staff that I've liked more than others, but everyones been friendly for the most part!
We come here instead of dealing with their mobile unit that comes to Manning....45 min drive. So today was my second visit doing platelets and plasma.... I did both.... Over 2 hours I sat. Now it's been over 3 hours since I've been done and still yet haven't received any points. I've gotten NOTHING. This isn't right to the people.... You know you are giving your blood to them so they can sell it to hospital for 400 to 700 a pint right and they want to just give you a reward lol what a joke the owner is laughing at how gullible blood donors are!! Donating blood is all about the money for they people who have these businesses! It's not a charity but they want you to give blood like it's a charity! Sick of it! Pay these people!
