The appointment and donation was fine but the Rewards of $50 ******* card I never received.Donation was 6/12/24 and have called over 2 dozen times,left messages and no replies,can never speak to a live person just a voice mailbox to leave a message which I have done several times.I'm really ****** that they take your blood promise a reward card of $50 and do not deliver.Today is 6/17/24,They told me I could use gift card next day after donation.
