Incompetent staff that can't take accountability for their errors
There are friendly and knowledgeable staff and short wait times every time I come in!
Staff doesn’t even know the weight requirement, came in two different times and had different weight requirements.
** Edit to add that I have spoken with the area supervisor and she was very kind and more along the lines of my previous good experiences, and I will give them another chance**** I have been donating at the Lexington location regularly for nearly a year and always had a good experience Had a 6:45 pm appointment today 8/26/24.
