Incompetent staff that can't take accountability for their errors
There are friendly and knowledgeable staff and short wait times every time I come in!
Staff doesn’t even know the weight requirement, came in two different times and had different weight requirements.
** Edit to add that I have spoken with the area supervisor and she was very kind and more along the lines of my previous good experiences, and I will give them another chance**** I have been donating at the Lexington location regularly for nearly a year and always had a good experience Had a 6:45 pm appointment today 8/26/24. Very desperately understaffed. Waited for over an hour without being seen before deciding to leave. At no point was there any communication from staff about the wait or issues. Management needs to help this place, or it will remain an issue. When asked about it, staff was friendly and apologetic, so no ill will toward them.
