I've been going to this place for years & I've always been treated with respect & professionalism. I enjoy being able to help people & potentially help save a life .Glenda is a total sweetheart. I definitely recommend for a good place to donate blood. 👍🏻💯❤️
Amari & Hannah took amazing care of me today!! They are the best!! The center in very clean,friendly, organized and efficient. Anderson is blessed to have this amazing facility on hwy 81. All the employees are A++++++🩸I will be back in 56 days!!
Really busy
This is a terribly managed facility. I made an appointment for 1PM , I waited for an hour and 15 minutes and they still didn't know when I could get in. This is totally unacceptable. You don't let walk-ins go before people who make an appointment. If you made an appointment for your hairdresser, or doctor or restaurant, and had to wait 1.5 hours to get in, you wouldn't return to that place. Something needs to change there , it's run in total chaos.
They were professional and courteous and show they have your best interest at heart ! Ty and best wishes from my son and I🥰
