They have a very clean Center and very professional employees. The process doesn’t take very long.
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time donating my blood and I will be going back!
I had an appointment. I walked in and not one person looked up or greeted me. I stood at the counter for a minute and observed. One receptionist was sitting with her back to me and I could clearly see she was using her work computer to do some personal shopping. I walked in front of her and said hello. She did not say hello or ask me if I had an appointment. She only said go sit on a bed. Not another word. I sat for 10 minutes and no one even looked in my direction, so I left.
