Whether you’re taking Christy’s power, Lainey’s strength & push, Sav’s power +, Shelby’s barre, Walker’s daily block class, or yoga and Pilates with Amy and Olivia, you’re getting 1:1 fitness coaching in an amazing community. I love it here and never want to leave.
I have never been active or physically ‘fit’, so when I first stumbled upon this hidden gym (hehe see what I did there), I had no idea that I was walking into what is now one of my favorite places. The Block Fit has a great slate of coaches that are passionate about helping their clients reach their individual goals. I really enjoy Christy's Power classes. The vibe, structure, and rotation of exercises keep the workouts fresh. Strength is beauty and grace as we age and Christy really uses movement and weight to strengthen us for just that.
