I wish I had found blissful mama earlier in pregnancy. Truly the best 90 mins, I didn't think it was even possible to feel so relaxed and cared for at 37 weeks pregnant!
Moms and Moms-to-be should check out Blissful Mama Massage Therapy. Although I am not expecting, her healing 90 minute session was amazing! She personalized my therapy to include hot stones, deep massage that literally touched my soul because I ended up crying in the end after releasing trauma bondage that I over came, and personalized oil selection for my own growth. Carmen is absolutely amazing! She intuitively knows where to go and relieve tension in your body and help you relax. I saw her postpartum and had a great experience, but I know she also does wonderful work prenatally! I would highly recommend for any mama to see her!
