It is advisable to consider a different company. The owner, David, has poor communication skills. Additionally, a separate company responsible for the sale, measurement, and installation of the shutters has negative opinions about the owner. No one has taken responsibility for the poor service, lack of communication, delays, and now we are left with four shutters that obstruct 11 inches of our windows. The Blinds Side are the best!! We have used them for window treatments in two houses in the Baltimore area. Milagro and Aaron are a very friendly, knowledgeable duo who have transformed multiple rooms for us! Wouldn’t think of using anyone else!
