Very bad experience here, other than the nice guy working in the actual store. My boyfriend and I walked in and set up an appointment for an in home estimate the following week. It was a 4 hour window on a week day so he planned his day to work from home. They called the day before to reschedule… ok fine. At least it was before the appointment.
