I had a great experience in this place. The person behind the counter was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had lots of questions and he had lots of patience and the ability to help me make the best informed decisions for me personally. Thanks for being somewhere that I can trust and will definitely be back.
By far the worst customer service I've experienced from a dispensary. Dude that "assisted" us was rushing us to make a choice and clearly had an attitude. The staff doesn't engage and acts shifty like someone is about to rob the place. Makes me feel like I have to constantly look over my shoulder in there. I asked another patron as I was leaving if this is just how the staff is here and she said yes. She shared the same experience with the two Caucasian women that are normally there.
