I spent time on line looking for this business, called and received prompt and accurate answers to my questions such as cost, likelihood of a decent outcome and duration in business and providing the service we needed. Fabulous experience from first visit from Bonnie to installation by Chris. Great customer service, answered every question quickly (and there were alot) great show room with lots of help. We just had our Roman shades and honeycomb blinds installed. They all look great, work great and get the job done! We appreciate everyone’s contributions, we purchased 18 windows worth of blinds!

The people at Blind Spot are amazing! My custom Hunter Douglas blind broke. Sheila and Connee helped schedule the appointment. Zig and Erik drove all the way to my home to fix it. They were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Great customer service from beginning to end!
