This was my first experience with the Blind Spot, and it was a very positive one. I brought my own Hunter Douglass honeycomb shades to the shop to be cleaned-if possible— and/or to be repaired. From my first visit to the store to the installation in our home, the entire process of purchasing new blinds was stress-free. The team provided all the information we needed to make the best choice for our window coverings. I appreciated the “family feel” of the business and our installer, Chris, was top-notch!

The Blindspot created a solution for a long skylight. They installed a solar-powered louvered pleated shade that can be operated by a remote controller and our phones. Installation was performed smoothly and efficiently. The owner was thorough in teaching us the operating options. We are very pleased with our decisions and the results.

We had seven blinds in our sun room for over 25 years with moth stains, cob webs and dust. I spent time on line looking for this business, called and received prompt and accurate answers to my questions such as cost, likelihood of a decent outcome and duration in business and providing the service we needed. Fabulous experience from first visit from Bonnie to installation by Chris. Great customer service, answered every question quickly (and there were alot) great show room with lots of help. We just had our Roman shades and honeycomb blinds installed. They all look great, work great and get the job done! We appreciate everyone’s contributions, we purchased 18 windows worth of blinds!
