I used this business several years ago, and was extremely happy so I decided to order blinds for another room. Customer service was great for coming out and taking the order and deposit, but now 5 weeks later I can't get a courtesy call for an update. Two phone messages and an email. Crickets. Customer service seems to be non existent. I realize things happen, orders get mixed up, delayed etc. But returning calls to customers is not too much to ask.
good selection This blind shop offers a wide selection of mini blinds in all kinds of colors and designs, the prices are a little expensive, you may want to shop arround for a better deal. the salespeople were very helpful but were a little pressureing.
