I had vertical blinds installed about 25 years ago that lasted until we had a fire in our home in 2014. Smoke sticks on PVC so we had to replace them then Last year I had new windows installed and called Vicky to find out how to remove blinds without damaging them. She gave very specific instructions and they came down and were reinstalled and all went well except for 2 sets of slats that a contractor removed track and all which us what she said not to do.
