What a let down. Came in for lunch at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. We were the only ones in the restaurant, bad sign number 1. Tea was slightly tinted sugar water, didn’t look like tea. Chicken tenders were chicken and flour, no flavor what-so-ever. Even the curly fries didn’t taste good. Wing Chips had decent flavor and seasoning. Waitress was nice but spoke at about 2 decibels with no personality. Won’t be back. Had high hopes.
Pleasant staff, very up front about some menu items that weren't available due to an event over the weekend just past. They were very polite and attentive. The food, however- it was cooked fine, presented fine, and brought out in a reasonable time. The curly fries were good. The burger I got was a different story. This is one of the dining decisions I wish I could take back. Food was mediocre and they were out of several menu items and the breading on the fried deviled eggs tasted like old grease. There were literally only three tables occupied during the lunch “rush” and it’s a good thing as the waitress was totally overwhelmed! Bless her heart. My smashburger was not really smashed and covered in fake American cheese, and no special sauce that makes a smashburger unique from a standard hamburger. If I could give the Blind Pig negative five stars, I would. It is hands down the worst dining and community experience I have had, bar none--and yes, that includes fast food by comparison. The sole time I had lunch here for a work event, there was only one couple present in the restaurant, and we were thus able to be seated immediately.
