Bought Hunter Douglas Vignette Shades from the shop in 2014, one of the shade would not go up and down. Called Hunter Douglas and they advised to go to Window Accents flooring and had to pay $40 to get the lifetime warranty item repaired. They did indicate if I had bought from them it would be 10yr warranty on a repair.
