5-star just for the name
The owner is great. The installer, Julie, is terrific. But, Sue who works in the office is horrible. She overcharged more than $1000 to my credit card. When I saw it on my card, I called her immediately. She was not apologetic, made no excuses, & when I asked her to refund the $1059 immediately, she said she would but that she didn't know how to do that. I told her to credit my account. Smart, helpful, efficient; A break from the monotony.
Monique, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more professional. She arrived on time to measure and provide a quote to replace 20-year old Hunter Douglas honeycomb window coverings. She was very efficient and thorough. The prices quoted were very fair. I needed to contact their office a few times and the office manager was very helpful and knowledgeable.
