Monique, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more professional. She arrived on time to measure and provide a quote to replace 20-year old Hunter Douglas honeycomb window coverings. She was very efficient and thorough. The prices quoted were very fair. I needed to contact their office a few times and the office manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Monique, the owner, has been wonderful to work with. She has a ton of experience with the design elements (e.g., style, colors, patterns, etc.) and really helped us pick out some shades that we love. When one of the suppliers had an issue with one of the orders, she was very quick to correct the situation and make it right. We are very happy with our experience with Monique and The Blind Lady. Highly recommend!!!
It's tough to find everything you need during this pandemic, but this business went above and beyond to deliver once they had the supplies to re-string my blinds. I really appreciated that they took the time to take on a difficult project, one that involved more time/effort than usual.
