Super easy to deal with. For what things cost for skilled labor, their prices were very reasonable. Honestly, I'd charge more than they do.
5-star just for the name
The owner is great. The installer, Julie, is terrific. But, Sue who works in the office is horrible. She overcharged more than $1000 to my credit card. When I saw it on my card, I called her immediately. She was not apologetic, made no excuses, & when I asked her to refund the $1059 immediately, she said she would but that she didn't know how to do that. I told her to credit my account.
