Recent awful experience with this company. I attempted multiple times to schedule an in-home appointment with The Blind Guys. I left at least three VMs - two at the business number listed here on Google and one to Andy’s personal cellphone. I also texted, and reached out via The Blind Guys website contact feature. I was exploring getting new blinds because the string on one had broken. Andy came out, did a temporary fix, said he would come back and do a more permanent one when he is in town. He recommended I keep what I have. Great guy!
