We were extremely pleased with Andy and the Blind Guys! We contacted him with 2 older broken blinds, assuming we would have to buy new ones. Andy came to the house and told us he could fix them (honesty!), which saved us money. He removed them for us, gave us temporary blinds, then brought them to his store, repaired them and even cleaned them for us! He brought them back and hung them, and his charges were very reasonable. Took some roll-up wood slat blinds in for repair. They are my go-to shop for new products and repairs to our existing equipment.
I was very pleased with the quality of service The Blind Guys provided when I brought a couple of very large cellular shades in for restringing/repair. They restrung the shades, and repaired a section of one shade where the "cells" had become unglued. They did this repair at no extra charge, and did an excellent job! I would recommend this company very highly. They are honest and professional.
Our Levelor blinds needed repair and we could not be happier with the service and the outcome. Highly recommend this company!
Recent awful experience with this company. I attempted multiple times to schedule an in-home appointment with The Blind Guys. I left at least three VMs - two at the business number listed here on Google and one to Andy’s personal cellphone. I also texted, and reached out via The Blind Guys website contact feature.
