A year ago The Blind Guys restrung a blind for us. Over all, we were stratified with the work at the time. About a year later, a plastic clip used to hold the new stings in place broke and a string pulled out of the blind. The blind was taken back to The Blind Guys for repair on December 1. I was told it was an easy repair, but would take 2 to 3 weeks because there were other repair jobs ahead of us. Four weeks later I called, and the repairs had not been started. We were extremely pleased with Andy and the Blind Guys! We contacted him with 2 older broken blinds, assuming we would have to buy new ones. Andy came to the house and told us he could fix them (honesty!), which saved us money. He removed them for us, gave us temporary blinds, then brought them to his store, repaired them and even cleaned them for us! He brought them back and hung them, and his charges were very reasonable. Took some roll-up wood slat blinds in for repair. They are my go-to shop for new products and repairs to our existing equipment.

I was very pleased with the quality of service The Blind Guys provided when I brought a couple of very large cellular shades in for restringing/repair. They restrung the shades, and repaired a section of one shade where the "cells" had become unglued. They did this repair at no extra charge, and did an excellent job! I would recommend this company very highly. They are honest and professional.
