From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I decided to change the way my drapes were hung, Jason was so accommodating and patient — he truly just wants his customers to be happy and was more than willing to help make adjustments until it was perfect.
