From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I decided to change the way my drapes were hung, Jason was so accommodating and patient — he truly just wants his customers to be happy and was more than willing to help make adjustments until it was perfect. I've used Jason for several different blinds applications, both powered and manual. His attention to detail is fantastic. He is responsive with any questions. He has great customer service and handled the one issue I had which was a product defect, not his fault. I highly recommend him. You will get a great product at a fair price.
