The consult was great, we went over a ton of options, colors, and preferences. I selected the larger pleated blinds for all of our windows. I did, several times, mention that I did not care for the appearance of the smaller pleats as to me, they look like paper. We decided to do blackout blinds on the bedrooms and light filtering in the common areas. Mark was extremely helpful and informative about how the Smart Drapes work, took meticulous measurements and was careful to understand exactly how I wanted them installed. My experience with the Blind Guy was exceptional. Mark Drennan is skilled at reviewing your home and then making excellent suggestions. I was going to go with shudders through out my house. However, based on the location of my dining room within my home and access to available sunlight, he suggested that I go with beautiful drapes. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism I experienced and the pricing was on point.
I knew that the first thing I had to do after Chris left our home today was hop online and leave a review!
