Disappointed in their product. Shutters had multiple paint “blotches” that we saw after install. They were good about replacing but it should have been caught prior. It’s been months on trying to get the frame fixed in the bathroom, that immediately fell apart. Little to no contact from the office. I have to hound them for updates
My wife and I connected with Chris at an event last year. I can’t recommend Chris from "The Blind Guy" enough for anyone needing shutters installed! We ordered blinds from The Blind Guy Company on November 18, 2024 and paid a deposit. They promised installation within three weeks before the holidays. However, it’s now January 6, 2025 and we’ve received no updates. When we followed up, they informed us that we’d have to wait until January 28, more than two months after placing the order! We contacted The Blind Guy for help with shutters. This company is great! I am so happy with the wonderful service I received every step of the way. Chris took great care of out shutters. I highly recommend The Blind Guy.
