You guys were so helpful, knowledgeable and just great to work with. Finding a motor system that worked with my existing home automation was too complicated for the other shops I contacted.
Terrible customer service when I called to inquire, after there was no response to my email. Man on the phone was curt. Will see how it goes when the technician comes for measurements and blind options. This was not for a small order either, would have been for an entire house.
I have been been trying to get information about blinds for my windows. I have been emailing back and forth with James Taylor about this. On March 7 he asked for my phone # and on March 12 I sent him the measurements and my cell#. I have heard nothing since then. I really don’t understand how a manager cannot respond in a timely fashion I’m assuming they don’t want my business 🤷♀️
Ron, the Customer Support manager at the Blind Factory in Saskatoon, gave us truly exemplary customer service today. I had called in on the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 11 to ask for help when the recharger for the automated bedroom blind that we had had installed in July 2024 turned out not to fit. He called me back in the afternoon, and clearly understood that not being able to get the blind down created a significant privacy problem.
