Ron, the Customer Support manager at the Blind Factory in Saskatoon, gave us truly exemplary customer service today. I had called in on the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 11 to ask for help when the recharger for the automated bedroom blind that we had had installed in July 2024 turned out not to fit. He called me back in the afternoon, and clearly understood that not being able to get the blind down created a significant privacy problem. Susan is an awesome lady and helped me pick out the blinds that would go well with the colours of my home and she took time to make sure I am happy with my choices, we looked at samples and put it against the walls. Ron is superman! He came and installed everything so fast, knew which Blinds went to which room and he didn’t have to ask me, he just did his thing. Everything looked amazing and I’m so happy with how it looked. Smooth transaction and very professional with everything. Highly recommended for any home or business.
