Michael Zak, owner of the Blind Factory in Maple Grove, MN, is very irresponsible and does not provide good service. He took my kitchen blind the end of May and said he could repair it by restring the railing. After promising to have to done for at least a week, he said he would have to send it to Levolor, the manufacturer, because he was not able do this. Mike does not return phone calls has had my blind for 2 months. Be nice if I could get my blind back so I could take it some where else

The guys at The Blind Factory did a nice job on some repairs I had them do. At first I wasn't sure if I was going to have to get new shades or not. They worked some magic, had a few strings that needed to be replaced on a pleated shade and some wood blinds my dog got a hold of that needed some new slats. They were able to do it all. Will definitely call back in the future.

Michael is terrible at responding. I first met Michael in December 2015 for blinds. He told me his would get back to me in a few days...it wasn't until Dec. 29. He came back Jan 29 and I asked for an estimate. I emailed, called him and never heard from him. Reached him and he told me he'd see me on March 4. I never heard from him, he never returned my calls. I liked him at first but would never refer after months not getting back to me.
