We have used the Blind Broker for many of our home and business installations. They have always been completely responsible and professional. Their office is a pleasure to deal with and make scheduling so easy. The owner knows his products really well and has an eye with decorating so you can trust his judgment. Installers have all been great. We highly recommend them!
Hi, I am writing on behalf of The Blind Broker. We just wanted to respond to Stanislav's review below. We sent out a saleman immediately to give this gentleman a free in home consultation. where we go over all the details of the products. We did call this gentleman back twice, but each time he was busy and couldn't speak to us. We are sorry that he felt we didn't want his business but we don't like to push ourselves on anyone, and after two tries, we truly figured he had gone elsewhere.
I recently ordered blinds from The Blind Broker. I don't usually review companies but I was so satisfied with the service I had to share. They really know their stuff and they really care if you're happy. They came to my home and gave me a quote and installed everything in less than 2 weeks. Everyone was terrific. I will definitely use them again.
I've had hard time getting a quote from these guys: it started with me having to chase them for an estimate on Interior Shutters installation at my new home. After a couple of phone calls I got my estimate. However, since the contractor that showed up for the estimate only took the measurements and neither explain anything nor showed me the samples I had to follow-up with them on the details in the quote. Just got my Plantation Shutters installed. Wow! They are beautiful! Couldn't be happier. Great selection. Wonderful installers - clean and professional. Will definitely do business with them again.
I was recommended to The Blind Broker by a neighbor, who was very happy with the work they did. I did some research on them, looked at their website (quite beautiful!) and went into their showroom.
