Ive gotten food from them a few times. The owners are very welcoming and genuine. For people who may feel uncomfortable in social situations, learning about healthy food, and fitness this is a great place to start. It is a very warm atmosphere, and the owners are a family building a community.
Stopped by last night looking for a healthy meal prep. I decided to try the peach mango hydration drink. Great decision. It was very tasty. Ordered the turkey lentil bowl while I was pretty hungry. I felt very full after eating it. I'll be coming back to try other items

Really great local gym filled with multiple work out machines/equipment! The owners are super friendly and you can tell they put in a ton of effort. Small play space available for kids to hang out while parents work out. They also offer meal prep and healthy drinks/snacks. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local gym option where you can build community and a better fitness routine!
